VI. Public Reporting Burden

Public reporting burden for the collection of information identified in paragraph IV above is estimated to average 3.7 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instruction, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
