Register of Officers
The Register of Officers is Commandant Instruction M1427 and provides a snapshot of the officer corps as of 01 January of the year of the Register. It reflects the order of precedence of officers as listed in the Active Duty Promotion List (ADPL). This document is published once a year and Direct Access provides the real time data. CG PC-opm-1 manages the Register of Officers. If there is a problem with a particular entry in the Register, email CG PC-opm-1E and it will be resolved by the appropriate personnel. Please note that this document as published here is static and will not reflect any changes that are made. The ADPL is constantly changing due to promotions, separations and new accessions. Making even minor changes here would be a daily event and is one of the reasons we have Direct Access manage that process. EAD Reserve officers may not appear in the register if they were not on EAD on 01 January. Reserve Officers not on EAD are listed in the Register of Reserve Officers located on CG PC-rpm's website.
