Spanish and French "What You Need to Know" Booklets
on Prior Notice and Registration Now Available

FDA's two booklets, "What You Need to Know About Registration of Food Facilities" and "What You Need to Know About Prior Notice of Imported Food Shipments," have been translated and are now available in Spanish or French. The booklets cover key points of the two interim final rules for manufacturers, processors, packers, holding facilities, transporters, importers, filers, and brokers. FDA's Final Retail Guidance for Industry Now Available in Print

FDA's guidance document, entitled "Guidance for Industry-Retail Food Stores and Food Service Establishments: Food Security Preventive Measures Guidance" is now available in print. The guidance is intended to help operators of retail food establishments in identifying preventive measures to minimize risk to the products under their control.
