Vision 2000: The States and Small Business Conference

In December 1998 and 1999, the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy brought together several hundred state and local small business policymakers to celebrate their successful programs and examine models of excellence--ideas that are working for small business across the country. The Models of Excellence award-winning programs are featured so that they can be replicated throughout the country to benefit small business.
