The Food and Drug Administration and the Food Safety Inspection Service are announcing two joint public meetings to solicit and discuss information for reducing or eliminating the risk of Salmonella Enteritidis (SE) in shell eggs and egg products using a farm-to-table approach. The current status of the Egg Safety Action Plan will also be discussed.
