WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Website and supposedly phone calls were made.

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Advertising, trade shows, web designs.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: My problem is that redacted text was going to put our patent on the market. He failed to do any advertising or going to trade shows or sending me progress reports once a month. As of September 2003, Jerry had a company interested in our product. Well, we were thrilled but as time went by we didn't hear anything more so I called him and he always stated that they were in the process of making a contract. I continued to call only to hear the same answer. This went on for months. He always told me he is going to call "My Cherished Pets" who are in Minnesota. So I called the company in February 2004. The gentlemen told me he hasn't heard from Jerry in months and he threw his number out. So I called Jerry to tell him this and he said he would call him. I waited a few weeks and still no answer as to calling him. Well, I since then fired him with a letter of termination of representation and demanded a refund of $5,900. This was on March 29, 2004 and the reasons are as follows. I have not received any progress reports, never got my phone calls returned, been misrepresented to other companies who were interested and leaving us with faulty assumptions. Now I had to hire another marketing company for $15,000 and it's not fair that I should be in this situation. Please help.
