Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter responds to Mrs. Jackson's complaint, which was filed with your office. Please be advised we were surprised to receive this complaint since Mrs. Jackson is a current client of our company and has never complained about our services. In fact all her responses to our quality control inquiries were positive. In 2004, she wrote us the following note:

We deeply appreciate and thank you all for all the excellent work and creativity everyone put into my idea. You have brought it the highest standard of professionalism and creativity. No one could of done a better job. You are skilled and talented people.

After we received her complaint last month, we promptly contacted her and resolved her issues. She verbally acknowledged to us that she is satisfied and has no pending issues with our company. Therefore, we fully intend to complete all the work set forth in Mrs. Jackson's contract.

Very truly yours,

/s/ Gary Frangipane
General Manager
