Dear Sir or Madam:

We are writing in order to reply to the complaint to your office by the above referenced inventor. In his complaint to your office, the inventor stated that he wished a refund from our company on the basis of his dissatisfaction with the length of time involved in the delivery of services.

In reply, we wish to state that we have been perfectly willing to provide Mr. Bozeman with the patent services listed in his contract with our company. However, in the interest of good customer relations, and without any legal requirement to do so, we have entered into a mutually acceptable agreement with Mr. Bozeman regarding the return of his payment to our company.

Please feel free to contact us if you require any additional information about this matter.

Very truly yours,
/s/   Jim McCorkle
