Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter serves to respond directly to a complaint filed with your office by our client, Lester J. Opresik, dated November 15, 2005 and received by this office on May 31, 2006.

In this complaint, Mr. Opresik inaccurately states that he never received services due to him, which he demonstrably had received at the time of writing, and also complained that he had not received a patent, though patents are not a service offered by Invent-Tech and he was never promised a patent.

Please be advised that this dispute, now approximately seven months old, was addressed directly with Mr. Opresik in December 2005. Apparently, Mr. Opresik sent this complaint to your office at the same time (November 2005) that he contacted Invent-Tech about his concerns regarding products similar to his concept that he had recently discovered in the marketplace. Though in his complaint to your office he strangely makes no mention of that, it was the essence of our communications at the time and the basis for his complaint and refund request.

At that time, in keeping with Invent-Tech’s corporate commitment to client satisfaction and in hopes of bringing about a fair, mutually agreeable and equitable resolution to the matter, we addressed his concerns directly and Mr. Opresik elected to continue receiving the services set forth in the Advanced Development Agreement we entered into on June 20, 2005.

Since that time, Invent-Tech has continued to deliver Mr. Opresik’s services pursuant to his contract and he has, as recently as March 20, 2006 been in contact with our Inventor Relations Team to stay abreast of the status of his project and address any concerns. Accordingly, we consider this matter resolved.

Very truly yours,

/s/Brian McLeod
