Also represent client in trade shows informing client about progress and results. Industrial design and engineering, individually focused product managers.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

IP&R has not, per our contract, performed the marketing services it agreed to. My invention has not had a “thorough examination for all its marketable features” as evidenced by the marketing brochure I received much later than promised. This brochure, which was sent for me to approve, had features listed that my invention did not even have. I tried to contact my “product marketing manager” who was the fourth one I’d had in the approximately 4 months since I signed the contract and got a message saying she would get back with me in 3 business days. I tried multiple times to contact the “quality assurance manager” and always got a notification that her voice mailbox was full. Before I had even received my brochure for approval, I was informed that my invention had already been presented to and rejected by prospective acquirers. I had money taken from a credit card without my approval. I have been passed around, misrepresented, misled and caused to be very unsatisfied.

I have paid over $5,000 and all I have received is a marketing research report, a very poor representation of my product on a single page brochure, monthly operating reports telling me that some representation of my invention has been “promoted” and rejected, continued bills even though I terminated the agreement many months ago and verbal & written requests for a refund that I have fallen on deaf ears. Please don’t make the mistake I made.
