Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Prototype, licensing, packaging

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: I submitted a patent so that Davison will develop a prototype according to the patent functionality and shape. Davison could not make the prototype as per the patent and suggested another design. Later I found that someone else could make the prototype per the patent. I request that they change the prototype to match the patent and they requested $8,000 in addition to the $12,000 that I had paid previously.
