Dear Sir or Madam:

Davison Design & Development, Inc., (“Davison”) is in receipt of your May 23, 2006 request for a written response to Mr. Work’s complaint. Davison is a consumer orientated based company that only offers its services on a written contractual basis. For the reasons that follow, Davison does not accept his explanation of the events that unfolded for services rendered. The product sample was constructed. However, Mr. Work’s has not authorized Davison to submit the originally approved product sample to the prospective corporation.

Mr. Work retained our firm to construct a product sample under certain contractual conditions. Primarily the conditions surrounded a requirement on Davison’s part to ensure that a product sample would be constructed to closely resemble a particular corporation’s manufacturing and marketing capabilities. Davison incurred considerable expense uncovering product design solutions that blended with the targeted corporation’s production methodologies. As well, Davison ensured that all packaging pertaining to the product sample would resemble the targeted corporation’s product line. To ensure he agreed with the work we asked Mr. Work’s to approve by signature a Virtual Reality Rending and to complete a customer satisfaction questionnaire. He not only approved all of the original work but praised Davison for integrating his idea into the corporation’s manufacturing and marketing lines.

Davison has since offered to rebuild the product sample to his exact specifications. Mr. Work should be aware that his original design does incorporate electronic features and the target manufacturer does not produce products that are constructed on an electronics platform. Although this is a design issue, Davison has offered to provide a complete rebuild of his project at no charge. Upon his approval of such work, Davison will then ship the project to the corporation for consideration.

Of course, Davison conducts its business affairs with standard precautionary procedures, record keeping, computer logs, written contracts, client questionnaires and abides by the American Inventors Protection Act of 1999.

If Mr. Work’s believes that there is some other aspect of his complaint that requires an additional response, we will be happy to hear from him. We look forward to building his product sample per his instructions.

Very truly yours,

/s/George M. Davison
