 RELATIVE TO APPROVING THE MAY 2007 MEETING RELATIVE TO THE URGENT TIME AND SENSITIVE MATTERS OF THE SERVE GUAM! COMMISSION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SERVE GUAM! COMMISSION I MINAíDOS NA HAí≈NEN GU≈HAN:


PREAMBLE

WHEREAS, the Serve Guam! Commission continues to support building effective partnerships and promoting active outreach efforts.

WHEREAS  , on May 11, 2007, the Serve Guam! Commission Executive Committee met, discussed, and voted to approve the recommendations of the Chair and GDOL Director to endorse the NCE request given the urgency and to ratify the vote on this decision in this meeting as time is of the essence by Corporation, and

RESOLUTION

RESOLVED, that the Serve Guam! Commission hereby approves the endorsement of SGC Chair and GDOL Director to endorse documents as presented on urgency matters, and presented for approval at the meeting of the Serve Guam! Commission.

RESOLVED, that the Chairman and the Vice Chair of the Serve Guam! Commission certify, and attest to, the adoption hereof, and that copies of the same be thereafter transmitted to the Guam Department of Labor; and to the Honorable Felix P. Camacho, I Magaílahen GuÂhan.

DULY AND REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE this 8th. day of June 2007.
