SUBJECT:     Financial Litigation Assistance

BACKGROUND:

On November 11, 1998, the Risk Management Agency issued new criteria for accepting and rejecting requests for litigation assistance under MGR-98-031. Requests for litigation assistance were being processed by the Litigation Staff working under the direction of Nancy Kreitzer. There has been a change in the office responsible for processing these requests.

ACTION:

Effective immediately, all requests for litigation assistance submitted under MGR-98-031 should be directed to:

Tonya Ahmed and Maria Newsome have been reassigned from the Litigation Staff to the Reinsurance Services Division to handle requests for assistance under MGR-98-031. Either Tonya or Maria will work directly with the submitting company to process all requests. If you have any questions, please contact your account executive.
