Notice of Bycatch Rate Standards for the Second Half of 2002 for the Vessel Incentive Program Halibut and red king crab bycatch rate standards for the Alaska groundfish trawl fisheries included under the vessel incentive program are established for the second half of 2002, according to James W. Balsiger, Administrator, National Marine Fisheries Service, Alaska Region.
Comments on these bycatch rate standards will be accepted through June 27, 2002. This information bulletin only provides notice of a regulatory change. For the purposes of complying with the regulatory change, you are advised to see the actual text in the Code of Federal Regulations. |
