President Outlines War Effort
Addressing cadets and staff, President George W. Bush explained America's plans in the war against terrorism during the ceremony for the George C. Marshall ROTC Award Seminar on National Security at Cameron Hall at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., Wednesday, April 17.
