Description of Property: Four bedroom, Two bath home located on 1.51 acre lot in Harrisburg, N.C. - in very close proximity to Lowe’s Motor Speedway Race Track. This house has two stories with total area of 2,787 sq. feet, central ac and wooden floors.
 
Legal Description: Lying and Being in Number TWO(2) Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in Hudspeth Road, at a nail, a new corner, said point being N07-35 E 1340.2 feet from an iron stake in a stump, an old corner of Hudspeth, Yates and Harry property (now or formerly); thence N 16-57 W 43.20 feet to an iron; thence N 16-57 W 234.01 feet to an iron; thence N 63-39 E 205.2 feet to an iron; thence S 42-05 114.8 feet to an iron; thence S 17-59 E 155.15 feet to a nail in the right of way of Hudspeth Road; thence S 61-33 W 259.20 feet to a nail, said point and place of BEGINNING, containing 1.51 acres as surveyed by Bill B. Long, Sr., RLS, May 22, 1992.
 
Minimum Bid: The minimum acceptable agreement to bid is $275,000.00

To redeem the property under (Section 7425(d) of the Internal Revenue Code or Section 2410 of Title 28 of the United States Code), the Internal Revenue Service must obtain a written agreement to bid, secured by a deposit of 20% of the amount of the bid. The deposit should be made payable to the United States Treasury Department in the form of a cashier´s check or certified check, a bank or postal money order, a certificate of deposit, or an irrevocable letter of credit. If redeemed, the property will be sold pursuant to Section 7506 of the Internal Revenue Code subject to any prior outstanding mortgages, encumbrances, or other liens that may be superior to the lien of the United States. Agreements to bid must be accompanied by the required deposit.
