Certificates of Appreciation

• Are granted to employees and student volunteers for honorary recognition, significant accomplishments, or appreciation of their services;
• May be signed by the Secretary, Under Secretary, Assistant Secretary or Deputy Assistant Secretary;
• Request must be submitted to ITA OHRM;
• Given anytime ;
• Prepare memo to Charlene Gantt indicating who is to receive certificate, why, text of the citation, who will sign certificate, and date of presentation;
