   The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) has issued a Decision and Order Approving Consent Decree in this case which arises under Executive Order 11,246, 3 C.F.R. 339 (1964-1965), reprinted as amended in 42 U.S.C. §2000e note (1988). Pursuant to 41 C.F.R. §60-30.13 (1997), the ALJ's approval of the Consent Decree is the final administrative order and this case is CLOSED.1
