   A Final Decision and Order dated September 23, 1997 was issued in this case arising under the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 (ERA), as amended, 42 U.S.C. §5851 (1988 and Supp. V 1993). Counsel for Complainant has filed a Supplemental Application for Attorney Fees and Associated Litigation Expenses, to which Complainant has agreed, for the successful prosecution of this matter. A copy of the Supplemental Application was served on the Respondent on December 15, 1997.

   In view of the foregoing and in the absence of any specific fee objections, the Supplemental Application is APPROVED.
