ERRATA

In 1999 the Petitioner, Donald S. Rullo, sought the Board's review of the Administrative Law Judge's Decision and Order Granting Default Judgment dated August 18, 1999 and the Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration dated October 29, 1999. The Board docketed this appeal as ARB 00-008, however the ALJ Case Number was erroneously recorded as 97-SCA-14 or 94-SCA-14. A version of the incorrect number appeared on the subsequent orders. The correct ALJ Case Number is 94-SCA-47. The following is a list of the orders which the Board issued in this case. The purpose of this errata is to correct the case caption on all of them.

    1. November 10, 1999 Notice of Appeal and Order Establishing Briefing Schedule.

    2. December 9, 1999 Order Granting Extension of Time.

    3. September 30, 2002 Final Decision and Order.
