As of Friday, August 29, 2008, CMS will experience a temporary delay in processing of State MMA files. Processing is expected to resume Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at 6:00 am (EDT). As a result of this delay, beneficiaries who would have been newly deemed for the low-income subsidy deeming and/or auto/facilitated enrolled during this time and that would have appeared on this Sunday's TRR will instead be transmitted on next Sunday's TRR. However, starting Wednesday, September 3, 2008, data will be available in CMS' systems, and plans may use the Integrated User Interface (IUI) or Batch Eligibility Query (BEQ) to access them. The reason for this notification is that the CMS Data Center outage scheduled for an outage during the weekend of August 30 through September 2, 2008.
