DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING
WITHDRAWAL
On October 1, 1999, Full Moon Livestock & Land Co., Inc.
("Respondent") filed a request for expedited administrative review of the above
captioned matter. The certified record was received on October 6, 1999, at which time a Notice
of Docketing and Order Establishing Briefing Schedule was issued by the undersigned. In this
order, the parties were given until October 13, 1999 to file any written statements of position
regarding this matter.
On October 8, 1999, this Office received from Respondent a request to
withdraw the request for expedited review. Specifically, Respondent stated that the housing issues
upon which the original denial had been based had been resolved and that the Regional
Administrator had agreed to "move forward with certification" leaving no adverse
determination to appeal. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that Respondent's request for withdrawal is
GRANTED and that the expedited review of this matter is DISMISSED.
