From North of Boston via I-93 South:

I-93 SOUTH to Exit 28 (Sullivan Square / Charlestown). Merge onto Mystic Avenue. Take the I-93 SOUTH ramp toward BOSTON / SULLIVAN SQ / CHARLESTOWN. Stay STRAIGHT onto Maffa Way. At traffic circle / rotary, take FIRST exit onto Rutherford Ave. Follow Rutherford Avenue (SR 99) SOUTH across bridge into Boston. At end of bridge, turn RIGHT onto Causeway Street. O’Neill Building is on the RIGHT after the TD BankNorth Center (F/K/A/ Fleet Center).

From North of Boston via I-95 / U.S. 1 South:

At Danvers, merge onto U.S. 1 SOUTH toward Boston. Follow U.S. 1 South across Tobin / Mystic River Bridge. After Bridge, bear RIGHT onto the ramp toward the I-93 NORTH  (Somerville / Charlestown) Exit. Merge onto Rutherford Avenue (SR 99) SOUTH. Follow Rutherford Avenue (SR 99) SOUTH across bridge into Boston. At end of bridge, turn RIGHT onto Causeway Street. O’Neill Building is on the RIGHT after the TD BankNorth Center (F/K/A/ Fleet Center).

From West of Boston via I-90 East:

I-90 EAST to EXIT 24B. Follow signs to I-93 NORTH (toward Concord, NH). I-93 North through tunnel to Exit 26 and follow signs to (Route 3 / Storrow Drive). EXIT 83 toward NORWICH / DOWNTOWN NEW LONDON. Go STRAIGHT onto HUNTINGTON STREET (.7 miles). Turn RIGHT onto JAY STREET (.1 miles). JAY STEET becomes TRUMAN STREET. Turn LEFT onto BLINMAN STREET. Turn RIGHT onto BANK Street. The Shaw’s Cove complex is the SECOND LEFT turn off BANK STREET.

From Boston and Providence via 1-95 South:

EXIT 84 toward DOWNTOWN NEW LONDON / NORWICH. Take EXIT 84E toward STATE PIER / HODGES SQ. Go STRAIGHT and merge onto WILLIAMS STREET (.3 miles). Turn LEFT onto HUNTINGTON STREET (.7 miles). Turn RIGHT onto JAY STREET (.1 miles). JAY STEET becomes TRUMAN STREET. Turn LEFT onto BLINMAN STREET. Turn RIGHT onto BANK Street. The Shaw’s Cove complex is the SECOND LEFT turn off BANK STREET.
