   On January 25, 2002, I issued an Order staying this proceeding as a result of the Respondent's bankruptcy filing. The Order directed counsel for both parties to keep me apprised as to the status of the bankruptcy case at approximate three month intervals. No response has been made to the Order since the date of its issuance.

   In view of the above, IT IS ORDERED that counsel for the Complainant and Respondent advise me within fifteen (15) days from the date of the Order as to the current status of the bankruptcy matter.
