v.
ANRAK CORPORATION,
These two cases were called for hearing in Sacramento, California, on October 2, 2001. Edward Smith and John Cascio, Complainants, appeared at the hearing represented by Raymond M. Wyatt, Esq. Anrak Corporation, Respondent, was represented by Dennis B. Cook, Esq. At that time, the parties advised that they had reached a global settlement on numerous disputes and complaints between them and wished to cancel the hearing. The parties reduced their intentions to writing in a document titled Request for Withdrawal of Objections and Dismissal With Prejudice of All Department of Labor Claims, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. After discussion, the request of the parties was granted. It is, therefore, [Page 2] ORDERED that the Complainants' requests to withdraw their objections to the Secretary's Findings in Case Nos. 1083351 and 1083369 are GRANTED and the Secretary's Findings are hereby affirmed.
