ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF COMPLAINT

   The above action arises from a complaint filed under the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 5851, and the implementing regulations at 29 C.F.R. Part 24. By letter dated June 2, 1999 and received in this office by facsimile machine, Complainant has requested that his complaint against TRIAD, INC. be withdrawn.

   It is, accordingly, Ordered that:

1. The complaint of Lynnwood Aumiller, Jr. filed on March 4, 1999, against TRIAD, INC. alleging a violation of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 5851, is withdrawn and this matter is dismissed from the docket.

2. The telephone conference which was scheduled for June 4, 1999, at 9:00 am EST is canceled.
