COMPLAINT WITH PREJUDICE Having considered the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice submitted by the parties, and have considered the settlement agreement entered into and submitted by the parties, and finding the settlement agreement to be fair, adequate and reasonable, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice; and IT IS FURTHER HEREBY ORDERED that this recommended order shall become the final order of the Department of Labor unless an effective petition for review is filed with the Adminsitrative Review Board within ten business days of the date of this Recommended Order. SO ORDERED this 10th day of May, 1999.
