   This matter arises under the Wendell H. Ford Aviation Investment and Reform Act for the 21st Century, 49 U.S.C.A. §§ 42121, and the implementing regulations at 29 CFR Part 1979. The parties signed a Settlement Agreement in open court on November 6, 2002. It is determined that the Settlement is fair, reasonable and in the public interest.

   Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Settlement Agreement between Complainant and Respondent is APPROVED and that the matter be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
