ORDER OF DISMISSAL OF ACTION

On May 14, 1999 the parties filed a "Stipulation For Dismissal Without Prejudice" indicating that the case is not settled but that Complainant has elected to pursue her claim against Respondent in a civil action in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, and wishes to dismiss this action. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice.
