RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER ON SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE

   The above matter having come on for formal hearing and in lieu thereof, the parties having entered into a Settlement Agreement, Release and Covenant Not to Sue before Settlement Judge Michael P. Lesniak, a copy of which is attached hereto and approved;

   It is hereby ORDERED that the Recommended Settlement Agreement, Release and Covenant Not to Sue entered into between the parties and Settlement Judge Michael P. Lesniak and dated December 17, 1997, is adopted as the final Decision and Order of the undersigned and all parties are ORDERED to strictly comply with the terms contained therein.

   Entered this 31st day of December 1997, at Metairie, Louisiana.
