      RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     Pursuant to the Stipulation of Dismissal signed by
complainant Jerome C. White and his counsel, and by counsel for
respondent Houston Lighting & Power Company, it is recommended
that the Secretary of Labor dismiss Case No. 94-ERA-11, with each
party bearing it own attorneys' fees, expert witness fees, and
costs.
