RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

     The above captioned case is scheduled for hearing on June 1,
1994.  On May 17, 1994, Complainant filed a Stipulated Motion to
Dismiss this case.  In support of this Motion, Complainant states
that she has other claims which this office does not have
jurisdiction over and asserts that it would be more economical if
all of the claims were brought in one forum.

     As the parties are in agreement, it is hereby ORDERED that
this case be DISMISSED.
