Came on this date to be considered Complainant's Motion requesting a dismissal of the complaint, filed February 12, 1993. For the reasons contained in the Motion, the Court is of the opinion that the request is meritorious. Further no timely objection has been filed. The Court will grant Complainant's request pursuant to Rule 41, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this case is hereby DISMISSED with PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that the trial scheduled on April 5, 1993, in Ft. Worth, Texas, is hereby CANCELLED. Entered this 26th day of February, 1993
