    In the above-entitled action, the Assistant District Director, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, has determined that the complaint was not filed in a timely manner, and thus, the Wage and Hour Division will not be investigating the alleged violation.

    Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Complainant in this action shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to Show Cause, by written statement delivered to the undersigned, to show why the claim against the Respondent should not be dismissed.
