                       ORDER TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION

     This case arises under the employee protection provision of
the Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1367(a) (1988). 
The Administrative Law Judge issued a Recommended Order Accepting
Settlement Terms on March 22, 1993.  Counsel for Complainant
submitted a Release signed by Complainant and his wife.  No one
signed the Release as a respresentative of Respondent, however. 
     Pursuant to this order, Respondent or its lawful
representative shall submit a certification or stipulation
demonstrating its informed consent to the Release.  The
certification or stipulation should be submitted to the Office of
Administrative Appeals within 30 days of receipt of this order.
