Erratum

    The "Recommended Decision and Order" dated June 11, 1998, is hereby corrected by adding the footnote that was inadvertently omitted in the second sentence as follows: "Having considered all responses to the Order to Show Cause, dated May 28, 1998,1/ . . . .":

    1/ The only response received, a letter from counsel for respondents, dated June 9, 1998, states: "Roma Sales is a defunct corporation with no assets from which to satisfy any judgment. The principal officer and shareholder thereof, Mr. Matt Thomas, has informed me that he will be filing a Chapter 7 individually this week. Therefore, neither intends to appear to defend against the proposed hearing scheduled in this matter."
