DATED: JANUARY 19, 1999

Case Number: 1997-WPC-0001

In the Matter of

JOSEPH TRACANNA,

Complainant

v.

ARCTIC SLOP INSPECTION SERVICE,
    Respondent.

SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER AWARDING ATTORNEYS'
FEES AND COSTS ON RECONSIDERATION

On September 18, 1998, a Recommended Decision and Order in the above-entitled matter was issued by the undersigned. On December 2, 1998, the undersigned issued a Supplemental Order Awarding Attorneys' Fees and Costs. On December 16, 1998 Complainant submitted, via facsimile, a Motion for Reconsideration of the Supplemental Order. The undersigned issued an Order to Show Cause to Respondent on December 17, 1998 as to why Complainant's motion should not be granted. On January 15, 1999, Respondent submitted its response to the Order to Show Cause, and additionally raised various issues which the undersigned shall treat as a Motion for Reconsideration.

I have thoroughly reviewed the aforesaid documents and find that there is no need to modify the Supplemental Order Awarding Attorneys' Fees and Costs issued heretofore. Thus, both Motions for Reconsideration are hereby denied.
