CORRECTION TO RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This Court issued its Recommended Order of Dismissal on May 11, 1992 in this matter.

Complainant's name was incorrectly stated in the Recommended Order as it appears on page 3.

Accordingly, paragraph 1 on page 3 of the Recommended Order is changed to read as follows:

1. The complaint of Wilbur David Driver is Dismissed pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(i) without prejudice.
