    This case was scheduled for hearing on June 28, 1988 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Claimant failed to appear, and no reason was given for his absence. A show cause order was issued on June 29, 1988, in which the complainant was granted thirty (30) days to explain his failure to appear at the hearing, or suffer dismissal of his claim. The thirty days have elapsed and no response has been received.

Therefore, pursuant to 29 C.F.R. §24.5(4)(A), IT IS ORDERED that this claim is DISMISSED.
