At the hearing held in San Juan, Puerto, Rico, on March 15, 1983, the parties advised the undersigned that the outstanding issues had been resolved. This resolution was reduced to writing in a form of a Settlement Agreement executed by the parties and approved by the undersigned on March 15, 1983 and filed on March 22, 1983. There being no further matters for resolution it is hereby ordered that the appeal of Jimmy A. Littrell is dismissed with prejudice.
