   In accordance with the accompanying Memorandum, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Inc.'s Motion for Summary Judgment (Court File No. 5) and ORDERS Defendant Edward A Slavin, Jr. to comply with the September 6, 1996 order issued by the Department of Labor requiring Mr. Slavin to repay attorney fees and costs paid to him by Lockheed. In addition, the Court ORDERS Mr. Slavin to pay all costs associated with this action and all prejudgment interest dating back to the September 6, 1996 Department of Labor order.
