                                   ORDER

     On August 19, 1993, Complainant filed a Motion Regarding
Attachments to Brief, in which he requested permission to attach
to his brief copies of unpublished decisions cited in his brief
and the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Decision and Order
(R.D. and O).  Attachment of unpublished decisions will enhance
the usefulness of Complainant's brief.  On the other hand, the
ALJ's decision is part of the record in the case, and attachment
of that document therefore is unnecessary.  Complainant's request
to attach unpublished decisions is granted.  Those decisions willnot count against Complainant's page limit.  Complainant's
request to attach the ALJ's R.D. and O. is denied.
     SO ORDERED.
