                    RECOMMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL 

 On the llth day of July, 1994, this case was called for trial
in Houston, Texas, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Trial entered
June 10, 1994.  At that time Complainant, in proper person and
through her attorney, requested a voluntary dismissal of this cause
of action.

     Complainant stated under oath that, after consultation with
her attorney, she does not wish to pursue this matter.  Complainant
understands that after dismissal the case sub judice cannot
be refiled.

     Employer has no objection to the dismissal.

     It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED
that Complainant's request for VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL is,
in all things, GRANTED.

    Entered this 13TH  day of July, 1994, at Metairie, Louisiana.
