    This matter has been rescheduled for hearing in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at 11:30 a.m. on February 26, 2001. On February 9, 2001, a covering note and agreement and release was received from the Respondent.

   The Complainant has agreed to dismiss his Surface Transportation Act claim against the Respondent for the sum of $2,000.00. This has been a figure that was mentioned by the Complainant as long as nearly a year ago, and so, it appears to be reasonable under the circumstances.

   The hearing is CANCELLED and the agreement is ADOPTED.
