RECOMMENDED DECISION AND ORDER
APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND
DISMISSING COMPLAINT
On June 30, 2000 Complainant, Janet L. Dawson, and Respondent, Green
Field Transport Co., Inc., entered into a settlement agreement of the issues in this case, requesting
pursuant to that agreement, dismissal of the instant complaint. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. §
1978.111(d)(2)(1997), I find that the settlement appears to be fair, adequate and reasonable and was
voluntarily entered into by the parties who were both represented by counsel. Accordingly, I approve
the settlement agreement and dismiss the instant complaint.
