   The Order Granting Motion to Dismiss in the above-referenced case, which was issued on January 24, 2000, contains an error. The case number of the complaint that was withdrawn was incorrectly listed as 96-ERA-16. The complaint that was withdrawn is 97-ERA-42. The November 27, 1997 judgement in Case No. 96-ERA-16 is a final judgement and remains undisturbed. All other provisions of the Order remain in effect.
