CASE NO. 2003-SOX-00017

In the Matter of:

Ann Harrison,
    Complainant,

    v.

Gold Banc Corp., Inc.
    Respondent.

FINAL ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT WITH PREJUDICE
BASED ON STIPULATION OF PARTIES

The parties, through their respective attorneys of record, filed a Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice on July 8, 2003, evidencing full and final compliance with a Settlement Agreement and Release executed June 23, 2003 by Complainant and her counsel indicating that they have fully settled and resolved their dispute and, as a result, request that I dismiss the complaint with prejudice. For good cause shown in compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a) and 29 Code of Federal Regulations § 18.9(c)(2), I find and order the following:

IT IS ORDERED that this action be, and the same hereby is, DISMISSED With Prejudice and without cost or attorneys' fees to either party.
