   The parties have submitted for my approval a Stipulation and Settlement Agreement in the above-captioned case.

   I have reviewed the terms of the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, and I find them fair, adequate and reasonable. Accordingly, the settlement is hereby APPROVED under 29 C.F.R. § 1978.111(d)(2). The Stipulation and Settlement Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix A and its terms are incorporated, in their entirety, by reference in this order.
