   The above-captioned case is scheduled for hearing on June 17, 2003, in Columbus, Ohio. This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's Request for Approval of Settlement. After review of the Request, the Court file and the Settlement and Release Agreement, the Court finds that the Settlement of the above referenced matter should be approved and that this action be dismissed with prejudice.

   IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Settlement of this matter be approved and this matter be dismissed with prejudice. The hearing scheduled for June 17, 2003, in Columbus, Ohio is cancelled.
